Pickup & Order Policy

Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats LLC prepares many products fresh to order. Certain products, including Gourmet Signature Apples and selected specialty items, are available for local pickup only.

Customers are encouraged to place orders at least 48–72 hours in advance. Larger custom orders, catering orders, fundraiser orders, and event-related orders may require additional notice.

Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup window and verifying the accuracy of their order at pickup.

Orders not picked up on the scheduled pickup date may be subject to quality deterioration. Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats LLC is not responsible for product quality after the scheduled pickup time has passed.

Pickup availability may vary based on event schedules, seasonal demand, inventory availability, and production capacity.

Customers who fail to pick up an order may forfeit any payments made. Refunds for missed pickups are not guaranteed and are provided solely at the discretion of Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats LLC.

Deposits reserve event dates, scheduling availability, preparation time, inventory, ingredients, supplies, packaging, equipment, and staffing requirements. Because these resources are committed upon booking, deposits are non-refundable.

If a customer cancels, postpones, reschedules, reduces the scope of services, or otherwise fails to proceed with a booked event or custom order, Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats LLC reserves the right to retain all deposits paid.

Any refunds beyond the deposit amount are at the sole discretion of Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats LLC and may be reduced by expenses already incurred, including but not limited to materials purchased, labor performed, preparation time, administrative costs, travel expenses, and reserved scheduling commitments.

By submitting a deposit or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and authorizes Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats LLC to begin preparations and reserve the requested date and services.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after agreeing to these terms may be challenged using invoices, communications, contracts, signed agreements, proof of preparation, event scheduling records, and documentation of materials purchased for the event or order.

Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or modify event arrangements when necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, equipment failure, emergencies, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.
