Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats & Treats carefully packages all orders before shipment. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, delivery exceptions, weather-related interruptions, or damage caused during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee product condition if a package is delayed, left unattended, exposed to extreme temperatures, or mishandled after it leaves our facility.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
