However, once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays or the condition of the products during transit.

**Shipping Delays**
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and subject to their schedules and policies.

**Damaged Products**
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held accountable for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
