**No Refund & No Return Policy**

At Ken Kautious Gourmet Eats and Treats, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

**Final Sale**
All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in certain circumstances, we may offer a remake of the product at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.

**Large Orders**
All large orders must be placed via email or phone. Upon placing an order, we will provide a detailed quote submitted via invoice. 

**Security Deposit**
A security deposit is required for all large orders. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations made within 15 business days of the agreed-upon date or event as per the issued invoice.
